DENVER (KDVR) – An Aurora man has been charged with allegedly threatening Colorado Gov. Jared Polis' life.According to a release from the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, 41-year-old Jermoie Rose left two threatening voicemails on June 20. Problem Solvers: Fired prosecutor blackmailed over naked photo "I voted for you and you took away the emergency food stamps," Rose allegedly said in the voicemail. "You're lucky I don't put a bullet in your f------ head, 'cause if I had the chance, I would."The voicemails did not contain a name, but Colorado State Patrol worked with the Colorado Department of Human Services, the organization that handles food stamps, to identify Rose.During the investigation, a CSP trooper learned police had been in contact with Rose in the past for similar calls. DENVER (KDVR) -- Just under 300,000 Coloradans will be on the hook for their full federal student loan amounts in October following Friday's U.S. Supreme Court ruling. The Supreme Court has made its final ruling on student debt relief, ending the almost yearlong uncertainty borrowers have had on the future of their loans. In a 6-3 decision, the conservative majority of the Supreme Court struck down Biden’s plan that would have given up to $20,000 in loan forgiveness for more than 40 million borrowers.  Supreme Court blocks student loan forgiveness: What should borrowers do now? The MBTA released the video that shows chunks of concrete from the ceiling falling near riders at the Downtown Crossing stop Monday.Several concerned T-riders say they noticed debris falling at the MBTA station earlier this week. After Monday’s incident, a 7NEWS camera captured signs of decay still inside the Downtown Crossing station. “I mean, I guess I’m not surprised to see that,” one rider said on Tuesday. In March, a falling insulation tile weighing about 25 pounds nearly struck a passenger at Harvard station in Cambridge.
